Thank you for the Dynamic Order Daily Karma Meditation which I just finished.
I started standing and swayed a bit and made circular motions with my head and neck. As I felt very tired, I went into forward bend and then did several rounds of alternating downward and upward facing dog and wound up in a resting position on my stomach and then on my back in corpse pose. I am feeling disappointed in myself, because I was not able to complete a work assignment today and was too tired to do it tonight.
I will go home now to rest.
