Dear Erik,
I resumed my nightly meditations with the dynamic moment meditaton after a hiatus of four nights. I started out with spiral movements of my upper body and played with a ball of energy between my hands. I wound up in a forward bend and then squatting and then laying on my right side for the end of the meditation.
