from dust to dust
and if happens fast enough
we get to stay alive
life being a process
of continued actions
and completions
a change of energy quality
like hot water would into steam
will give us a scene of continues joy

As if every single moment existence disappears beyond the white line, dies and is being reborn again.
The need for Stillness is a dual indicator : one is inner speed is so high that there is no need for external movement…or it is so low that requires self regulation alone.
