Thank you for the Dynamic Body Awareness Meditation. I was acutlely aware of my body tonight, because I had eaten a large bowl of bean soup 2 hours before the medidation! I did a forward bend, downward and upward facing dog, seated forward bends with soles of feet together, balancied on base of spine with legs straight out to sides holding onto sides of feet, alternating spinal twists, sat on heels with knees together, childs pose and corpse pose. I did not have any particular thoughts or feelings. Thoughts about work drifted in and out of consciousness. I had to strain to hear your voice due to the loud hum of the AC unit and had to position myself in front of my computer to hear you. I have not been getting enough sleep, as usual, and feel a bit tired.
