Please Note: The Self Regulation Meditation is Unlike Any Other, it actually requires the full freedom to your spine. Unless you are physically unable to do so, please begin from a standing posture !
But first set your personal space as if you were going to practice Yoga or Tai-Chi, with enough floor space and room for arm movements if it becomes necessary…
