During this morning’s meditation we reflected many important concepts…I found it to be quite surprising and fascinating for all this to come in one thirty minute segment, there are no coincidences, so without hesitation I decide to share thus with you today…

A bit hidden within the introduction itself, was one of the most important ways to achieve any healing at all…It was moving away from DOUBT!

Your Emotional, Mental and even Physical healing depends highly on transforming the DOUBT from your life.

Moving to Certainty is what reality defines our journey of inner growth, a road of ups and downs, from the doubt, the dark and the empty to the certainty, the light and containment…

This is the work of changing energy and the renewal of self identity…
And then in the light of this certainty all you hoped and knew to be true can finally be possible…

If you have a real NEED the WAY will present itself…

If you have a strong DESIRE the ABILITY will be there…

Imagine, this morning, on the way to our practical active guided meditation we managed to redefine confidence and postures, positive thinking and attentiveness to others…

All in the name of eliminating life’s biggest obstacle: Hesitation

If you are new, before you close your eyes, and before you decide to participate, please ask yourself…

on the scale of 1-100 how much do I really want to find my inner freedom?

and on the scale of 1-100 how much am I willing to do to get it?

If your answer is not 100, please wait on this practice. You will likely not be able to put your past behind and give this your all. Without your full commitment to the moment you will find yourself judging, and holding yourself back…

But if you’ve answered 100 on both the questions, you are ready to humble yourself in this simple but new experience

So here is what you need to do

Find a space that would be comfortable for a yoga or a Tai Chi practice, stand up, close your eyes, and simply follow the guidance on this audio for the next 30 minutes
